I'm kind of a flat iron snob (the Chi just does nothing for me). So I was very sad when my Paul Mitchell flat iron of 4 years decided to finally die on me! Paul Mitchell flat iron's are incredibly expensive but I had a hairdresser friend who got it for me at wholesale last time. She was nice enough to do this again for me. Though pricey, totally worth it! I love that it heats up to 400 fast and it's so easy to use.I know, I'm sort of embrassed that I'm even blogging about this because I'm sure anyone reading this right now could give a rats...but, if you had crazy frizzy wavy hair like me and need a good straightner then you too would appreciate this!
What I've learned: do not pull flat iron plugs out of sockets by the cord, 4 years of doing this will result in shortening the life of your beloved tool!
:)

Oh you crack me up! When's that baby coming! Let me know if you need help with Kels when Brooklyn (sp?) gets here. Oh we missed you last night at the Dodger's game :)
Oh man, I'd be sad too. I use a Solia. It heats up to 450 degrees! I freakin love that thing. I got it on sale at Folica.com for like $75. I've used a lot of flat irons and for me that one is the best. I've also heard that the Paul Mitchell one is awesome.
Good luck with that baby coming any day!
aha! Now I know the secret of your way cute hair.
ps. Your 39 weeks picture does look smaller. Does that mean she's dropped?!
Ya, can you all tell how bored I am that I blogging about my straightner?! haha
Carly- wish I knew about the Solia, that would have saved me $50! That's a much better deal than mine...it was $120!!!
Charity- yes possibly that means she's dropped, I hope so! Let's get this moving!!!
Dearest Nicole,
You can't brag that your flat iron blog the most responses when 1) one person leaves two comments, and 2) one of them is your response.
Love,
Evan
btw - this one should also not count ;)
Though you can now tease that I didn't proof read my last statement before publishing it.
Hahaha Evan!
Nicole, maybe you look smaller because you're wearing all black?!
Flat irons are very important and should be blogged about when ever possible!...especially when you are as vain as us. =)
Holy belly is all I can say!! I thought mine was big...you must be soo very uncomfortable! Especially trying to sleep. :( You still look lovely and beautiful though...must be that $120 straigtener! ;)
